Cancellation Policy
Life happens - that is completely understandable. In the event that you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment, please give at least 24hours notice when cancelling your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a fee of a $30. Fees may increase for multiple occurrences. Discretion will be used. Thank you for your understanding.
Home Visits
Home Visits can be scheduled on a situational and availability basis. Please contact me for more information. Fees are the cost of the appointment time + $20 travel and convenience fee.
Payment Plans/Subsidized Payments
Please contact me if you are having difficult times financially, or if you're not covered by insurance. We can set up a payment plan that works for you. Not applicable for those covered by benefits.
