I love food. The main reason I get out of bed in the morning is to have breakfast (and coffee).
I love eating food, talking about food, and most of all I love learning, and sharing, about the benefits that you can receive from food.
Of course, I also get into funks where I hate meal prepping, and there are times when I just simply cannot think of what to make for dinner, let alone a week of dinners.
I also understand that you may not love food. That the seemingly healthy meal you made for yourself just caused hours of bloat, or gut pain, or room-clearing gas.
Or maybe you just can't figure out why you continue to struggle with acne or eczema, or headaches and joint pain? That you've tried looking at your nutrition, but there is so
much information out there, it's hard to know what to follow.
Nutrition can be simple. Sometimes, it isn't. And the reason is that it is so incredibly individual.
Maybe you are struggling with gut pain, gas, bloating, acne, headaches, etc.
Or maybe you're just interested in learning more about how to optimize your diet, or how to structure your meals.
