Modifying behaviours can be a very difficult thing to do. I could just tell you that you need to start exercising, start eating vegetables, stop smoking, stop stressing… easy, but unfortunately not as easy to follow-through..

Instead us working together to find behaviours that you’re willing to put the effort in for... that is what will work. Education on why these behaviour modifications are important, and measuring what these changes will do for you as you take them on - this gets results..

Some simple, but very applicable lifestyle changes include:.

💧 Drink more water! Dehydration can lead to muscle pain, headaches, dry skin, etc. Aim for enough that your pee looks clear-pale yellow.
🍋 Add lemon to your water in the morning: adding this to your morning routine ensures you start the day hydrated, and the lemon provides important antioxidants.

✏️ Journal! Whether it’s a gratitude journal, or a daily entry – focusing on the events of the day can be very therapeutic.

🚶‍♂️Move more. Simple as that. 
🥇Make specific goals, and measure them: it’s easy to lose track of the progress you make.
