My Philosophy

My philosophy and treatments involve:

Simplicity

I am here to guide you through all of the information out there, to help create focus and simple, sustainable changes.

Healing from within

True healing comes from you, your strength, ideals, and wisdom. Your body has the ability to heal itself, give it the opportunity to do so by removing obstacles and providing therapies to help get things on track.

Modern love

So much of today's society involves shaming, comparison and outward focus. I believe that love and kindness is needed to shift change and promote healing.

Trust

Learning to trust your mind and body and listen to what it is telling you through the symptoms you're feeling, as well as trusting in your own strength. Listen to your body, support it, and let it thrive.

Support and Community

Everyone needs more of this, and people love to help. I encourage everyone to ask for help, and to help others. It not only brings people together, it brings a sense of belonging and feeling heard.

Interests

Running - my own personal form of therapy

Food and Nutrition - If I'm not eating, I'm thinking about eating

Gardening - Such a fulfilling feeling, watching plants come to life and flourish

Music - I can't play, I just enjoy. Fun fact: attending concerts increases your sense of well-being and life expectancy!

Nature - I try to get out under the trees, daily. My dogs especially appreciate this!
